Who We Are
KYEA Foundation, Inc. is a Texas nonprofit corporation and IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) public charity based in Austin. We work to expand access to entrepreneurship, financial literacy, technology, AI, leadership, and future-ready education for young people.

Our Story
The Foundation was established from a simple conviction: young people everywhere have ideas worth developing, but not all of them have access to the learning that helps those ideas grow. KYEA Foundation was created to help close that gap.

KYEA Foundation, Inc. is a legally separate nonprofit organization from Kingsway Education Technologies LLC. Any transactions involving related organizations are subject to applicable conflict-of-interest procedures, board oversight, and requirements intended to protect the Foundation's charitable interests.
